Norfolk County Contracting Inc. is owned by Matt Manning. 

Matt is a proud husband, hockey coach and a father of 2 beautiful kids.

We specialize in outdoor living projects but we have also recently started doing renovations and other custom work. Matt has been in this industry for 16 years. There have been many different products and suppliers that we have used in the past. We feel we have the best lineup of products on the market today.

We support local by sponsoring men's hockey, co-ed softball, Lisa Naves Dance Company, Norfolk Knights Minor Hockey, other local activities.
